Ladies Fitness Classes

Research shows as girls become adolescents their involvement and interest in team sports starts to decline or in most cases totally stops.

Here at Coláiste Mhuirlinne/ Merlin College we see the importance good physical health has on the overall well-being of our students. It is also important to give an appropriate, enjoyable and active outlet for all students. With this in mind fitness classes are scheduled after school for all female students lead by a qualified PE teacher and members of staff.

The classes consist of aerobics to music, pilates and core work. It’s a total body workout with also the benefits of a fun, sociable setting for all the girls.

Thursday 3:40- 4:45pm

Friday 1:20-2:00pm
